Hello! I'm Siwen
I'm a System Engineering student in University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
I am passionate about designing new things, and I love using CAD to turn my ideas into real world object. Besides that, I am a great leader as well as a good team player. I have led several projects and managed as many as 23 people in one of the major projects I have done.

• Worked on the BIPV Sunroom projects with project managers across multiple fields
• Assisted construction teams on site: learned doing site surveys, wiring, installing solar glass assembly, installing grid-connected inverter, leak proof methods and overall safety guidelines.
• Assisted project planning team with construction drawings and plans: learned the guidelines of steel structural design, PV Array arrangement and overall system working mode
• Assisted marketing team with sales and advertisement: went to the negotiation of a 3 million project with company's chief project manager, traveled to 5 villa areas and sent out advertisement
